A complete remodel and second floor addition to an existing, non-descript ranch home in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood. Bonnie Brae has a collection of architecturally unique homes, from tudors, traditional, mid century ranches to International. A simple, contemporary solution was sought by the owners. A solution that would utilize several elements of the International style.
