Built in 1952 for the Frison family. This 850 SF home is mostly intact with original details, materials and finishes. However, the kitchen had undergone a non-conforming remodel in the 80’s. We designed a small extension off of the rear of the home to gain additional space for a complete kitchen remodel.

We worked closely with the homeowner and Abacus Cabinetry, to design a new kitchen, influenced by the features and materials used in the original home.

The addition is clad in horizontal wood siding with a flat roof that matches the existing rooflines.
