This 50’s ranch home was bursting at the seams for this young couple with 3 growing children. Not wanting to move from their established Denver neighborhood, they decided it was time to remodel and add on some much needed space. In order to maintain the traditional look from the street, the addition was oriented to the rear of the house. The one exception, is the double height entry that allows natural light to fill the interior. The basic form of the ranch home is maintained, while the new spaces take on a modern aesthetic.
“We had the opportunity to work with Chris recently on the addition to our home. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, and passionate about what he does. His attention to detail and out-of-the-box creativity never stopped. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for residential design services.” Linda B.
